You can do any Lemonade class however best works for you. The live classes will be streamed on Zoom so expect it to work on laptops, mobile and tablets. Just bring a mat (if you have one) and a bottle of water.
What to wear:
Wear whatever you feel comfortable and can move freely in. We suggest you do the class barefoot, but it's totally up to you.
Lemonade advice:
Listen to your body and your energy levels every time you do a Lemonade class. Do the postures, movement and breathwork that feels good for your body and leave everything that doesn't. Everything in this class is optional, stop at any time and trust your body to tell you what feels good. Always make sure your doctor is happy that you're participating in exercise.
