About this event
In this 30-minute online class, you’ll be guided through safe, supportive movements that strengthen your core and pelvic floor, ease common pregnancy aches, and promote relaxation and balance.
No experience is needed — just a mat, some space to move, and a comfortable spot at home. This is your time to stretch, strengthen, and tune in to your body and baby.
Led by our friendly Lemonade instructor, Sarah. This class is a perfect way to invest in your wellbeing and feel empowered through movement as your pregnancy progresses.
Come as you are, move how you can, and take half an hour just for you.
