This online session focuses on gently strengthening your core and pelvic floor, easing tension, and supporting posture as you recover and adjust to life with your little one. The class includes light weights to help rebuild strength in a safe, supported way.

No pressure, no perfection — just guided movement that meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re newly postnatal or further along in your journey, you’ll find space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body.


Led by our friendly Lemonade instructor, Sarah, this class centres on balance, recovery, and self-care — because when you take care of yourself, everything else flows a little easier.
