Postnatal: Buggy Walk, (Light Stretch & Picnic)

Join us on On Monday 21st and start your week with movement, fresh air and connection. We'll start with a gentle postnatal stretch before heading out on a relaxed buggy walk, finishing with a picnic where you can chat, unwind and get to know other local mums. Whether you're looking to ease back into movement, meet new people or simply get out of the house, we'd love to have you there.

Please wear comfortable clothes and suitable footwear for walking, and bring a bottle of water. You'll also need a buggy (or a sling if you'd prefer to carry your little one), a small blanket for you and your baby to sit on during the picnic, and anything else you might need while you're out and about.
