Join Billie for a calming and playful session that begins with supportive postnatal yoga, giving you time to reconnect with your body, release tension, and gently rebuild strength after birth. With nourishing movements, mindful breathing, and a relaxed atmosphere, this portion of the class helps you feel grounded, restored, and more in tune with your own wellbeing.


We then transition into a gentle baby yoga segment filled with singing, stretching, and soothing motions designed to support your baby’s development. These movements encourage coordination, relaxation, and early body awareness, all while deepening the bond between you and your little one. The combination of nurturing yoga for you and joyful interaction for your baby creates a balanced, uplifting experience for both of you.
