Welcome to your 7-Day Pregnancy Yoga Reset! A one-week commitment to reconnect, relax and feel good in your changing body. Over the next week, you’ll enjoy a mix of energising and calming yoga flows to help reduce aches, improve mobility, and lift your mood. Each session is short, manageable, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. All you’ll need is: A yoga mat (or soft floor space) Comfortable clothes you can move in Some water to stay hydrated This is your time. Just 10–20 minutes a day to stretch, breathe, and connect with yourself and your baby. Lets do this!
