Welcome to your 4-Week Pregnancy Movement Plan ๐ This programme has been designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and calm throughout your pregnancy. Whether youโre in your first, second, or third trimester, these short and effective classes are here to support your body and mind. ๐ What youโll need: A yoga mat Light dumbbells or resistance band (for fitness sessions) Water to stay hydrated A quiet space to move at your own pace Each week youโll have 3 sessions โ a mix of pregnancy yoga and fitness โ so you can enjoy the benefits of strength, mobility, and relaxation. Some days are about building power, others about releasing tension, and others about slowing down to connect with your breath and baby. This is your journey โ listen to your body, rest whenever you need to, and celebrate every small step forward. By the end of 4 weeks, youโll feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
