Welcome to your 4-Week Pregnancy Movement Plan ๐Ÿ’› This programme has been designed to help you feel strong, mobile, and calm throughout your pregnancy. Whether youโ€™re in your first, second, or third trimester, these short and effective classes are here to support your body and mind. ๐Ÿ‘‰ What youโ€™ll need: A yoga mat Light dumbbells or resistance band (for fitness sessions) Water to stay hydrated A quiet space to move at your own pace Each week youโ€™ll have 3 sessions โ€“ a mix of pregnancy yoga and fitness โ€“ so you can enjoy the benefits of strength, mobility, and relaxation. Some days are about building power, others about releasing tension, and others about slowing down to connect with your breath and baby. This is your journey โ€“ listen to your body, rest whenever you need to, and celebrate every small step forward. By the end of 4 weeks, youโ€™ll feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
