Welcome to Level 2 of the Postnatal Challenge. You’ve already laid down the foundations in Level 1 – reconnected with your core, built up strength and stamina, and proven you can fit movement into busy postnatal life. Level 2 is about stepping things up gently with new combinations to keep your body and mind challenged. These workouts are still short on time but big on impact – designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and more energised. Expect a mix of cardio, upper and lower body strength, targeted core work, and low-impact Tabata for endurance. On rest days, walking, stretching, and pelvic floor work will keep your recovery moving forward. What you’ll need: A resistance band for some sessions A mat and space to move Water and comfortable clothes A mindset that celebrates progress over perfection By the end of these 4 weeks, you’ll feel noticeably stronger in your core, more powerful in your movements, and more confident in what your body can do.
