Welcome to your 28-day Postnatal Yoga Challenge! This plan is short on time but big on impact — designed to fit around feeding, naps, and everything else in your day. Each session is 10–15 minutes, helping you gently rebuild strength, support your pelvic floor, and find calm for your mind and body. What you’ll need: Yoga mat Resistance band (for some flows) A bottle of water A quiet space (but little ones are always welcome to wriggle beside you!) On rest days, you’ll focus on walking, pelvic floor, and gentle recovery — because healing is just as important as movement. Let’s do this 💛
