Congratulations on taking this time for you and your growing baby. This challenge has been designed to help you feel energised, strong, and supported throughout pregnancy — in a safe and sustainable way. Over the next 14 days, you’ll complete 4 short workouts per week. Each one is pregnancy-safe and focuses on strength, stamina, and mobility to support you through every stage. Here’s what you’ll need: 🧘‍♀️ A mat 🏋️ A pair of light to medium dumbbells (or something similar from home like x2 tins of baked beans) 💧 Water to stay hydrated What you’ll be doing: ✨ Upper Body Strength – strong arms and shoulders for carrying and feeding ✨ Lower Body Strength – stability, stamina, and pelvic support ✨ Full Body & Cardio – boosting energy while keeping it safe and low-impact ✨ Pilates Style – posture, breath, and gentle core connection Most importantly: listen to your body, rest when you need to, and adapt where it feels right for you. By the end of the 14 days, you’ll feel: 💪 Stronger in your body 🌿 Calmer in your mind ✨ More confident and connected in your pregnancy Let’s do this together — you’ve got this! 💛
